I have training formats designed to meet your needs. We can train one-on-one or I can develop a program that allows you and a friend, spouse or partner to train together. Good nutrition habits are key to success in any fitness regimen. I offer Nutrition Counseling individually or as an add-on to your physical training.
This option is designed to help you fit fitness in your schedule if you prefer working out from home. These workouts are typically done via Facetime or Zoom. No equipment is needed for this workout.
A one on one 60 minute session with a workout written specifically for your exercise goals. You can visit Truman at his apartment gym in Midtown. If you prefer outdoors, sessions can also take place in Piedmont park.
